Having trouble logging in?
First and foremost, your USERNAME is the email address you used to sign up with.
If you forgot your password, no problem, you can reset it on this page using your email address.
If you get an invalid email address error, it either means that you mistyped your email address or you used a different email address to sign up in our system.
System Logging You Out?
If you're seeing something funny, you probably need to empty your browser cache. Refreshyourcache.com is a great resource for instructions on how to do that.
Can't find your course?
First and foremost, make sure that you're logged in.
If you look at the top of this page and see LOGIN at the far right, you're NOT logged in. Go ahead and click the login button and then enter your details. Once logged in you'll be redirected to "Your Courses".
If you look at the top of this page and see LOGOUT at the far right, you're already logged in. Just click on GO TO COURSE and you'll be all set.
Having trouble with videos or downloads?
Our streaming is delivered by Vimeo and has a powerful infrastructure worldwide. If your videos are not streaming well for some reason, the most common cause is your internet connection. Having said that, you should also make sure that your browser is up to date.
These videos cannot be downloaded.
How do I cancel my Subscription?
When you login you are redirected to your course outline. At the bottom of that page is a button that says ACCOUNT DETAILS, click that button. Under the SUBSCRIPTION heading you should cancel your subscription. DO NOT scroll further down and cancel your account!
